Need suggestion for hiking near Raystown

I'm not terribly familiar with the MST or other trails near Raystown Lake, so I'm looking for a personal reccomendation.
I know the MST runs nearby, but I'm not sure if my 10th edition maps are accurate, and since I'll only be able to do a 6-7 mile day hike, I could use a bit of direction.
I've done the 1000 Steps near Mount Union, but nothing else 'down there'.
