Monument Rock

In 1976 I and a 3 buddies drove from State College about 20-30 minutes to a mountain. Parts of the climb were very steep, and at the top of the mountain was a large rock structure built like a table. It was about 10 x 10 feet, and I laid on top of it and was warmed by the sun. The monument looked like something built by some engineering students.

I'd love to return but have no idea where we were. Can you help?
