need to find shoes for my boyfriend for hiking!!

We need help. He has a size 13.5 -14 foot .. Narrow (A , preferably AA or AAA) width.

I want him to come up to visit me in Alaska and go hiking with me. He doesnt have any foot wear durable to go hiking and cannot seem to find any anywhere.

He has Raynauds Syndrome which means the feet and hands get very cold even in hot weather and he hurts. He needs a lightweight hiker type shoe/boot preferably low sided (his preference) that is Gore-tex to help keep his feet dry.

I have searched the internet many times now to a frustrating degree. He isnt the ONLY one out there with that size foot.. I know I have met others like him... where do you people that have foot size like his buy your foot gear for the outdoors?

I need some sources..or a place to have it custom made. Can someone help us?
